On April 6, we celebrate the International Day of Sport for Development and Peace. JJIF recognizes the fact that sport can significantly impact individuals, communities and societies through the transformation of lives. In our sport alone, we see various projects and initiatives that have demonstrated that, and we as JJIF would like to give recognition to them and build a community within the JJIF family working towards shared developmental objectives.

Join us on April 10 at 5:00pm as we celebrate the International Day of Sport for Development and Peace with the launch of the “Ju-Jitsu for Good” program with a vision of working towards “a better world through Ju-jitsu.”

We will be featuring Ju-jitsu based projects that have made a significant impact on the communities and lives around them:

  • Not with Me – Violence Prevention of the German Ju-Jutsu Association
  • BJJ for the Deaf Youth Philippines – Sharing Jiujitsu to Youth of the Deaf Community
  • Fight to Protect – Fighting Child Sexual Violence through Jiujitsu

Be inspired. Learn. Take part.

Together we can make a greater impact.
