Yesterday, the Zoom meeting on sustainability tracking took place.
The reports of 14 JJNOS were discussed, highlighting the variety of innovative measures taken by the French, German, Niger and Romanian JJNOS. With these measures, JJIF can be seen on par with other IOC member federations.

With the help of the whiteboard, JJIF GM Joe facilitated an effective brainstorming session. We also got creative input from Christian Wassmer as well as JJAFU President Nuvin Prog , Rebekka and others. We set up a swarm for “sustainability in competitions”. The contract person is Rebekka Dahl. The swarm is a self-organised system and a working group that works without hierarchy to develop creative ideas and guidelines to be used by the JJIF.
I will finalise more open feedback from JJNOS and send the list to you all.
