Greek National Championship 2022 Fighting Jiu Jitsu Duo

With success and great participation of athletes the Ju Jitsu Greek National Championships 2022 was held, in two phases.
The First Part took place on January 22 & 23 at the Indoor Gym of Agia Varvara Athens for the age categories -21 & +21 years Fighting System and the Jiu Jitsu Newaza System for all ages, with the participation of about 500 athletes from 52 Clubs.

The Second Part was held from 27 to 30 January 2022 at the Indoor Gym “Kladisos” Chania Crete for the age categories -8 -10 -12 -14 -16 -18 years in the Fighting System, with the participation of about 800 athletes from 43 Clubs .

Hellenic Ju Jitsu Federation awarded the best men athlete and the best women athlete 2021, the athlete with the most international medals, the athlete with the best student performance, the athletes who won distinctions in the international championship 2021 and the athletes who won their introduction to higher education with scoring from the sport.
The National Federations Coaches were also awarded.
Also presented the Fair Play Award to Greek Team for the 6th place in the world ranking of the Abu Dhabi World Championship 2021, among 61 countries.

The Greek National Championships 2022 was held in the presence of the President of HJJF Mrs Maria Charitopoulou, the General Secretary Mr. Anestis Poulikidis, the Vice President Mr. Dimitrios Bitsaxis, the Treasurer Mrs. Amelia Abba and Mr. Vangelis Synolakis, HJJF Board Member and Communication – Media Manager.
