JJIF and ISSA commit their collaboration

At the 2024 International Federation Forum organized by SportAccord in Lausanne, Switzerland, from October 21-23, a significant partnership was forged between the JJIF, led by President Panagiotis Theodoropoulos, and the Islamic Solidarity Sports Association (ISSA), represented by Secretary General Nasser Majali. The two organizations formalized their collaboration by signing a Memorandum of Understanding, aimed at strengthening their relationship and fostering strategic initiatives.

This partnership will focus on enhancing programs for athletes and member countries of ISSA, emphasizing collaboration and knowledge sharing. Notably, it also includes plans to integrate Ju-Jitsu into the Islamic Solidarity Games, scheduled to take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in 2025.

ISSA is an independent organization affiliated to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
